To help you realise the full potential of our database, Veda offers a range of training courses.  Our Business Trainers will cover the correct usage of Veda products and services to best meet your needs.  We will take you through the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth) to cover your rights under the Act and the obligations, that as a subscriber, you must adhere to.

As a new subscriber to Veda, the introduction program is recommended.

 

Introduction to Veda Program

What we will cover:

  • Your responsibilities as a Veda operator
  • Understanding the relevant legislation, including Part IIIA of the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth)
  • The products and services available to you, and how they can be used to get the most value
  • Navigation and usage of the VedaCheck website
  • Company/Business and Individual credit enquiries
  • Defaults and defaulting procedure

 

Tailored Options

We can also provide subsidised training sessions at your premises. Training sessions are usually conducted over a two hour period, dependant on the number of participants and can be tailored to meet your organisations individual requirements.
